Have used this recorder for about 2 months now and very pleased with the unit and response from customer service when you have a question. Have only gotten about 19hrs once and usually about 18hrs. But the sound quality is so much better than others I have heard. Make this a 24hr recorder and it would be 5 stars !!

I used this at a session I had with 2 clients. It picked up their voices and mine very clearly. Creating a file for each recording makes it easy to right to the recording without having to hunt for it. Truly an aid for reviewing the content of counseling sessions. The fact that the light is not on and the flash drive is so small demonstrated that this did not appear to be intrusive to these clients.
